The design of the room is very nice, comfortable bed and nice shower!
The service is really bad. I stay for 5 nights, almost every evening when i come back to the room i will find some assosrise are missing, for instance shower cap, sliper, toilet paper. When i went to the receiption for extra reservation, the staffs were really not friendly, they even didn't look at me, no any respect for their customers!
Excellent hotel with good value for money. It is close to Shanghai New International Expo Center, just several minutes by taxi. Very clean, bright and big rooms, attentive and careful personnel. The hotel provides all the things needed in its rooms. First I doubted about this hotel, because the price seemed too low comparing to others in this district (close to expo), but finally I'm very glad I stayed there.
The location is near to road, so it was a little noisy. On the other hand, due to its location it was easy to find for taxi drivers. Sometimes there were difficulties in understanding at the reception, but normally there always was at least one person who speaks English, although Chinese English is quite special.
The hotel location is best if you want to go to the international expo
It is a bit far from any subway station
The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was more comfortable than I expected. Nice view. Handy to the expo center. Reasonable price!
Half of the lights in my room needed new bulbs. Too far from a major shopping center. Food was expensive and mediocre.
Clean, well-refurbished, well-designed, PC + internet in the room, free shuttle bus to the New Expo Center nearby
The staff's English was still not very good. The reception could learn some basic standard English phrases they could use. When they don't understand something, they stare at you and say "What??!!" instead of a standard "Excuse me?". No fridge in the room.
